About this product
A Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy module based on the CC2540 system-on-chip, which combines a 2.4 GHz RF transceiver with an enhanced 8051 MCU, in-system programmable flash and 8 KB RAM. It can be used to build BLE master or slave nodes for low-power wireless sensor and control projects. The chip is offered in F128 and F256 flash versions.
