Frequently asked questions

What is the price of HC-06 Bluetooth Module (TTL Serial, 4-Pin, 3.3V) in Egypt?

HC-06 Bluetooth Module (TTL Serial, 4-Pin, 3.3V) currently costs between 185 and 200 EGP across 2 offers in Egypt.

Where can I buy HC-06 Bluetooth Module (TTL Serial, 4-Pin, 3.3V) in Egypt?

HC-06 Bluetooth Module (TTL Serial, 4-Pin, 3.3V) is available from Makers Electronics and Microohm. Compare the offers above to find the best price.

How do I wire the HC-06 to an Arduino?

Connect GND to GND, the module's TXD to the Arduino RX pin and the module's RXD to the Arduino TX pin. Power VCC at the 3.3 V listed in the specs. The RXD input expects 3.3 V logic, so when the Arduino is 5 V, put a voltage divider on its TX line before it reaches RXD.

Can I change the module name, PIN or baud rate?

Yes. Before the module is paired with a phone, send AT commands at its default 9600 baud rate, such as AT+NAME, AT+PIN and AT+BAUD. Supported commands can vary with firmware version, so check the response to each command.
