Frequently asked questions
How do I wire it to an Arduino?
Connect the module's TX pin to the Arduino RX pin and its RX pin to the Arduino TX pin (or to a software serial pair), then add power and ground. Confirm the module's supply voltage marking before connecting power.
Why does the module take time to show a position?
A GPS receiver needs to acquire satellite signals before it reports a fix, which can take minutes after a cold start. Place the antenna with a clear view of the sky, ideally outdoors or near a window.
