A half-bridge gate driver IC that drives the high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBTs in motor drivers, inverters and switching power stages. Its floating high-side channel uses a bootstrap supply and is rated up to +600 V, with undervoltage lockout and built-in cross-conduction prevention.

How do I wire the bootstrap circuit?
