A high-isolation optocoupler gate driver from Broadcom (Avago) that drives IGBT gates with up to 2.5A peak output current. It provides 3750Vrms isolation between input and output, a 500 ns maximum propagation delay and UVLO protection, for safer IGBT switching in motor drives, inverters and power supplies.

What is this IC used for?
