EL7242CN is a dual-input, dual-channel high-speed MOSFET driver in an 8-pin DIP package. It drives power MOSFETs and large capacitive gates quickly, with 2A peak drive and about 20ns delay, and accepts 3V and 5V logic inputs. Its channels can be cross-coupled for shoot-through protection.
