About this product

RUEF300 is a 3 A, 30 V radial-leaded PPTC resettable fuse that protects circuits from overcurrent. Instead of blowing, it becomes resistive when overloaded and resets automatically after the fault is removed and the device cools. The RUEF series covers hold currents from 0.9 A to 8 A.

Frequently asked questions

What is the price of RUEF300 30V 3A PPTC Resettable Fuse, Radial Through-Hole in Egypt?

RUEF300 30V 3A PPTC Resettable Fuse, Radial Through-Hole currently costs between 5 and 11.4 EGP across 2 offers in Egypt.

Where can I buy RUEF300 30V 3A PPTC Resettable Fuse, Radial Through-Hole in Egypt?

RUEF300 30V 3A PPTC Resettable Fuse, Radial Through-Hole is available from Makers Electronics and UGE. Compare the offers above to find the best price.

Does the RUEF300 reset by itself after tripping?

Yes. After the overload is removed and the component cools down, it returns to its low-resistance state automatically. Its response is slower than a conventional fuse, so it is not suited to very fast short-circuit protection.

How do I choose the right RUEF value for my circuit?

Choose a hold current above the normal operating current of the circuit, and keep the circuit voltage at or below 30 V. For example, a circuit drawing about 2 A normally may be protected with the 3 A RUEF300 rather than a lower-rated value.
