Frequently asked questions

What is the price of Rotary Incremental Encoder 600 PPR, AB Quadrature, 6mm Shaft (5-24V) in Egypt?

Rotary Incremental Encoder 600 PPR, AB Quadrature, 6mm Shaft (5-24V) currently costs between 600 and 650 EGP across 2 offers in Egypt.

Where can I buy Rotary Incremental Encoder 600 PPR, AB Quadrature, 6mm Shaft (5-24V) in Egypt?

Rotary Incremental Encoder 600 PPR, AB Quadrature, 6mm Shaft (5-24V) is available from Future Electronics and Circuits Electronics. Compare the offers above to find the best price.

How do I read it with an Arduino?

Connect channels A and B to interrupt-capable pins, such as pins 2 and 3 on an Arduino Uno, and count the edges in both channels. The order of A and B edges gives the direction of rotation.

Can I connect it directly to a 3.3V board like ESP32?

The supply is 5-24 VDC. Before connecting the output signals to a 3.3V board, check the output level in the datasheet and use a voltage divider or level shifter if the signal exceeds 3.3V.
