Frequently asked questions
Where should I place it in a circuit?
Place it in series with the noisy line, for example between a regulator output and a sensitive IC supply, with decoupling capacitors on the far side of the bead.
Is 1.5A enough for my load?
Keep the continuous DC current below the 1.5A rating. A bead loaded above its rating can overheat and saturate, which removes its filtering effect.
