MPSA05 is an NPN Darlington transistor in a TO-92 plastic package with very high current gain. It is used for switching small loads such as relays, LEDs, and lamps, and for interfacing low-current logic signals to higher-power circuits. It is the 60 V version of the MPSA06 family.
