About this product
The MMA8452Q is a low-power, three-axis capacitive accelerometer with 12-bit resolution and an I2C interface. It offers user-selectable ±2 g, ±4 g and ±8 g full scales and can generate interrupts from embedded motion functions, letting it stay in low-power mode while idle. It is used for tilt, orientation, motion and wake-up detection in portable projects.

Frequently asked questions
What is the price of MMA8452Q 3-Axis Accelerometer Module (I2C, ±2g/±4g/±8g) in Egypt?
MMA8452Q 3-Axis Accelerometer Module (I2C, ±2g/±4g/±8g) currently costs 180 EGP in Egypt.
Where can I buy MMA8452Q 3-Axis Accelerometer Module (I2C, ±2g/±4g/±8g) in Egypt?
MMA8452Q 3-Axis Accelerometer Module (I2C, ±2g/±4g/±8g) is available from Circuits Electronics. Compare the offers above to find the best price.
How do I connect the MMA8452Q to an Arduino?
Power the module at 3.3 V if it is a 3.3 V-only board, connect SDA to SDA and SCL to SCL (A4 and A5 on Uno). Check whether the breakout has an onboard regulator and level shifters, since many modules are not 5 V tolerant.
Which I2C address does it use?
The address is 0x1C or 0x1D, selected by the level on the SA0 pin. Run an I2C scanner sketch to confirm the address your module responds to before writing the driver code.
