Frequently asked questions
How do I wire it to a microcontroller?
Connect VCC and GND for power, then connect SCK, CS and SO (MISO) to the microcontroller's SPI pins. Attach the K-type probe to the T+ and T- terminals. Verify the silkscreen labels on your board.
Does the probe need to match the module's range?
Yes. The module range is -200 °C to 1350 °C, but the thermocouple probe you use must also be rated for the temperatures you measure.
