About this product
A high-power switch module built around the LR7843 N-channel logic-level MOSFET, rated for 30 V drain-source. It switches high-current DC loads from a microcontroller logic signal, accepts low-level or high-level trigger inputs, and has a very low on-resistance of about 1.7 mΩ at 10 V gate drive. Practical continuous current on the module is about 10–15 A without extra cooling.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect it to a microcontroller?
Connect the module's signal input to a GPIO pin, share the ground between the microcontroller and the module, and connect your load between the positive supply and the module's load terminal. Select the trigger setting that matches your logic.
Can it switch inductive loads such as motors or relays?
Yes, it can switch DC loads on and off. For inductive loads like motors or relay coils, add a flyback diode across the load, and keep the load supply within the 30 V rating and the current within the module's practical limit.
