Frequently asked questions
How do I wire the KSD9700?
Wire it in series with the load so the current passes through the normally closed contact. When the temperature reaches 50°C the contact opens and cuts the load, and it closes again once the part cools to its reset range.
Can it switch mains voltage?
The listed ratings are AC 250 V / 5 A and AC 125 V / 8 A, so keep the load current within these limits. Use proper insulation and an enclosure when wiring to mains power.
