About this product
The AT24C16N is a 16 Kbit (2K x 8) serial EEPROM with a 2-wire I2C interface. It stores settings, calibration data and other values that must survive power loss, and it is commonly used with microcontrollers and sensor projects. It operates from 1.7 V to 5.5 V and is supplied in an SOIC-8 surface-mount package.

Frequently asked questions
What is the price of AT24C16N 16Kbit I2C EEPROM SMD SOIC-8 in Egypt?
AT24C16N 16Kbit I2C EEPROM SMD SOIC-8 currently costs 20 EGP in Egypt.
Where can I buy AT24C16N 16Kbit I2C EEPROM SMD SOIC-8 in Egypt?
AT24C16N 16Kbit I2C EEPROM SMD SOIC-8 is available from Makers Electronics. Compare the offers above to find the best price.
How do I wire the AT24C16N to a microcontroller?
Connect SDA to the MCU SDA pin and SCL to the MCU SCL pin, with pull-up resistors on both lines to VCC (4.7 kΩ is a common value). Connect VCC and GND to the supply. Tie WP to GND to allow writes, or to VCC to write-protect the memory.
Can I connect several AT24C16N chips on the same I2C bus?
Check the device addressing in the datasheet first. The 16 Kbit device uses block-select bits within its I2C device address, so A0 to A2 do not work like on smaller EEPROMs. Confirm the address scheme before connecting more than one device.
