Frequently asked questions
What is the price of 6V DC Power Relay, 5-Pin PCB Mount, 10A 250VAC / 30VDC in Egypt?
6V DC Power Relay, 5-Pin PCB Mount, 10A 250VAC / 30VDC currently costs 15 EGP in Egypt.
Where can I buy 6V DC Power Relay, 5-Pin PCB Mount, 10A 250VAC / 30VDC in Egypt?
6V DC Power Relay, 5-Pin PCB Mount, 10A 250VAC / 30VDC is available from Circuits Electronics. Compare the offers above to find the best price.
Can I drive this relay directly from an Arduino pin?
No. At 6 V the coil draws roughly 60 to 75 mA, more than a microcontroller pin should supply. Use a transistor driver with a flyback diode across the coil.
Why should I add a diode across the coil?
When the coil is switched off, it produces a voltage spike from its inductance. A flyback diode across the coil absorbs this spike and protects the driving transistor and microcontroller.
