The VC60B is a handheld insulation resistance tester (megohmmeter) that applies a 250V, 500V or 1000V test voltage to measure insulation resistance across ranges from 0.1 MΩ up to 2000 MΩ. It also measures AC voltage up to 750V and includes a low-voltage indicator, overload protection and automatic shutdown.
