A used, reclaimed 18650 lithium-ion cell of ICR chemistry with a 2600–3000 mAh capacity range, suited to DIY battery packs and projects. Recovered cells are reused rather than new, so capacity and appearance may vary; test each cell before use and fit a protection circuit in any pack.

Are these new cells?
No. They are reclaimed and reused cells. Original manufacturer markings and wrapper colour may vary, so check the actual capacity with a charger or capacity tester before relying on a cell.
How should I charge and use them safely?
Charge with a lithium-ion charger that stops at 4.2 V per cell, and check any cell that has been over-discharged before charging it. For multi-cell packs, use a BMS or protection board to prevent overcharge, over-discharge and short circuits.
