About this product
A 4-pin USB Type-C female socket breakout with two 5.1kΩ resistors on the CC lines. It adds a 5V USB-C power input to a project by soldering wires directly to the pins. The CC resistors allow a USB-C source to recognize the board as a sink and supply default 5V power.

Frequently asked questions
What is the price of USB Type-C Female Socket Solder Wire Adapter 4 Pin with Dual 5.1kΩ Resistors in Egypt?
USB Type-C Female Socket Solder Wire Adapter 4 Pin with Dual 5.1kΩ Resistors currently costs 10 EGP in Egypt.
Where can I buy USB Type-C Female Socket Solder Wire Adapter 4 Pin with Dual 5.1kΩ Resistors in Egypt?
USB Type-C Female Socket Solder Wire Adapter 4 Pin with Dual 5.1kΩ Resistors is available from Makers Electronics. Compare the offers above to find the best price.
Why are there 5.1kΩ resistors on this board?
USB-C sources detect a sink by the pull-down resistance on each CC line. A 5.1kΩ resistor to ground on CC1 and CC2 tells the source to provide default 5V power. Without these resistors most USB-C chargers will not supply power.
How do I wire it for a 5V supply?
Solder the VBUS pin to your 5V line and the GND pin to ground, and connect the CC pins to the 5.1kΩ resistors as labeled on the board. Check the pin labels before soldering, since layouts differ between breakout boards.
