Will it work with any USB charger?
No. It needs a USB-C charger that supports Power Delivery and offers the voltage you select. With a non-PD charger, or if the selected voltage is not offered, the output stays at 5 V.
How do I select the output voltage?
Place the jumpers as shown on the board silkscreen: with no jumper inserted the output is 5 V. Change jumpers only with the module unpowered, and then check the output with a multimeter before connecting your load.
