Can this sheet diffuse light from LED strips?
Yes, it is intended for diffusing LED light. Placing the sheet at some distance from the LEDs reduces hotspots and spreads the light more evenly.

Score the surface several times with a utility knife along a straight edge and snap it, or use a fine-tooth saw or laser cutter. If the sheet has a protective film, keep it on until cutting is finished.
