How do I wire it as a 4-bit counter from 0 to 15?
Connect the input signal to clock input A, then connect output QA to clock input B (CKB). The outputs QD, QC, QB and QA then present the count in binary, with QA as the least significant bit.
How do I reset the counter?
Both master reset inputs, R0(1) and R0(2), must be held high to clear all outputs to zero. Keep them low during normal counting.
