SMAJ6.8CA is a bidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode rated for 400 W peak pulse power in an SMA (DO-214AC) surface-mount package. It clamps fast transients such as ESD, switching spikes and lightning-induced surges on I/O lines, VCC buses and power inputs.
