Is this capacitor polarized?
No. Ceramic chip capacitors are non-polarized, so either orientation works. Check that the marking and value are 20 pF, not 20 nF, before placing it.
Where is a C0G/NP0 capacitor used?
C0G/NP0 is preferred where stable capacitance matters, such as load capacitors for crystal oscillators, timing networks, filters and RF circuits. For bulk power-supply decoupling, higher-value dielectrics such as X7R are more common.
