How do I make a circuit on this board?
Transfer your layout onto the copper, protect the traces with a resist such as toner or paint, etch away the unprotected copper with ferric chloride, then clean, drill and tin the board.
Can I cut the board to a smaller size?
Yes. Use a PCB shear or a fine saw. Wear eye protection and a dust mask, because fibreglass dust is irritating.
