Frequently asked questions
What is the price of Si2301DS P-Channel MOSFET SOT-23 SMD Transistor in Egypt?
Si2301DS P-Channel MOSFET SOT-23 SMD Transistor currently costs 1.71 EGP in Egypt.
Where can I buy Si2301DS P-Channel MOSFET SOT-23 SMD Transistor in Egypt?
Si2301DS P-Channel MOSFET SOT-23 SMD Transistor is available from UGE. Compare the offers above to find the best price.
How do I use it for high-side switching?
Connect the source to the positive supply and the load between the drain and ground. Pulling the gate low turns the MOSFET on, and pulling the gate up to the source voltage turns it off. A pull-up resistor from gate to source keeps it off by default.
Can a 3.3 V microcontroller turn it off when the supply is 5 V?
Not directly. To turn it off, the gate must be pulled up to the source (supply) voltage, so a 3.3 V output cannot reach 5 V on the gate. Use a level shifter or an NPN transistor to drive the gate in that case.
