Frequently asked questions
What are the standard servo wire colours?
Standard servos usually use brown or black for ground, red for positive power, and orange, yellow or white for the signal. Keep the same order at both ends of the extension.
Will a long extension affect the servo?
Longer runs add voltage drop and can weaken power delivery to the servo. For long distances, use a separate power supply close to the servo or a thicker supply wire.
