The full version of the RPM Meter Kit, including an ATmega328P-based Arduino Uno R3 compatible board and a 50 cm USB A to B cable. It measures the speed of a 5 V DC guarded fan with a TCRT5000 reflective sensor, counting one white mark per revolution using interrupts. The fan is driven by a transistor with a protection diode.
