About this product
A full RGB color lamp kit using a 5mm common cathode RGB LED, which mixes red, green and blue light. A button press changes the color, and a rainbow mode fades through the spectrum, with each channel's brightness set by PWM from the Arduino. The package includes an Arduino Uno R3 compatible board and a 50 cm USB A-to-B cable, and requires no soldering.

Yes. The sketch must be uploaded to the Arduino over USB, which requires a computer with the Arduino IDE.
How do I connect the RGB LED pins?
Connect the common cathode leg to GND, and connect each color leg to a PWM pin through a 220 Ω resistor to limit the current.
