Can I power a Raspberry Pi 4 or Pi 5 with this supply?
No. This supply is designed for Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3 and Zero, which use Micro USB. The Pi 4 and Pi 5 use USB-C and need a supply designed for their power requirements.
Why is the output 5.1V and not exactly 5V?
The official Raspberry Pi supply specifies 5.1V so that the voltage at the board stays close to 5V after the drop across the 1.5 m cable.
