Frequently asked questions
How do I wire this adapter to a microcontroller?
Connect the adapter's serial output to the RX pin of your microcontroller, connect the grounds together and power the board at 5 V. Then read the serial data at the baud rate you have set.
Can I use it with a 3.3V board?
The adapter is specified for 5 V TTL serial. For 3.3 V boards, check the logic levels carefully and use a level shifter on the signal line before connecting it to the MCU input.
