About this product
A 10-turn rotary wirewound precision potentiometer with a resistance of 2 kΩ, marked 202. The multi-turn shaft gives fine, accurate adjustment, which suits calibration, bias setting and instrument tuning. Connect the two outer pins across the reference voltage and take the output from the centre pin.

Frequently asked questions
How do I wire it as a voltage divider?
Connect one outer pin to the positive supply and the other to GND. Take the centre pin to the ADC input or circuit node you want to set. The output voltage changes linearly as you turn the shaft.
What is the advantage of a 10-turn potentiometer?
The shaft makes ten full rotations across the full resistance range, so each small turn changes the value by a very small amount. This gives much finer control than a single-turn potentiometer.
