Not directly. A 3.7 V cell can be above 3.3 V when full and drops well below it when empty, so use a regulator or charger board with the correct cut-off voltage.
How should I charge it?
Use a single-cell Li-ion/LiPo charger that stops at 4.2 V. Do not charge it above 4.2 V or with a standard NiMH or alkaline charger.
