M5 sliding T-nut designed for 40x40 mm aluminum extrusion profiles with 8 mm slots. Used to attach brackets, panels and frame parts to 4040 profiles in 3D printers, CNC machines and custom frames. Made from zinc/nickel plated carbon steel, size 20 x 20 x 10 mm.

Frequently asked questions
Which slot size does this T-nut fit?
It is designed for the 8 mm slots of 40x40 mm profiles. 2020 profiles use a 6 mm slot, so this nut will not fit them.
How is it installed?
Slide the nut into the profile slot, turn it about 90 degrees so it locks behind the slot lip, then tighten an M5 bolt through the bracket.
