How do I read this load cell with a microcontroller?
Because the output is only a few millivolts, connect it to a strain-gauge amplifier such as the HX711 module. The amplifier reads the bridge and sends the digital value to an Arduino or ESP32.
How do I wire the four conductors?
A half-bridge load cell has excitation + and -, and signal + and -. Connect the excitation pair to the amplifier's E+ and E- and the signal pair to A+ and A-. If the reading goes negative when you load the cell, swap the signal wires. The cable is 460 mm long.
