About this product

The LM339N contains four independent precision voltage comparators in a single DIP-14 package. It works from a single supply of 2 V to 36 V or from dual supplies, draws about 1.1 mA, and has open-collector outputs that need a pull-up resistor. It is used for level detection, threshold alarms and simple analog-to-digital interfacing.

Frequently asked questions

What is the price of LM339N Quad Voltage Comparator IC (DIP-14) in Egypt?

LM339N Quad Voltage Comparator IC (DIP-14) currently costs between 7 and 15 EGP across 7 offers in Egypt.

Where can I buy LM339N Quad Voltage Comparator IC (DIP-14) in Egypt?

LM339N Quad Voltage Comparator IC (DIP-14) is available from Microohm, Ekostra, Most Electronics, RAM Electronics, Makers Electronics, Future Electronics, and Circuits Electronics. Compare the offers above to find the best price.

Why does the output never go HIGH?

Open-collector outputs can only pull the line LOW. Connect a pull-up resistor, commonly 10 kΩ, from each output to the supply voltage you want to read.

Can I connect its output to an Arduino pin?

Yes. With the pull-up tied to 5 V, the output swings between GND and 5 V and can connect directly to a digital input. For a 3.3 V board, tie the pull-up to 3.3 V instead.
