Frequently asked questions
How do I connect it to a microcontroller?
Cross the module's TX and RX lines with the microcontroller's RX and TX pins and share a common ground. Confirm the module's logic level and supply voltage in its datasheet before connecting it to a 3.3 V board such as ESP32.
Is it safe to use for mains measurement?
The module isolates its data interface from the high-voltage section, but working on mains is hazardous. Use a proper enclosure, fusing and insulation, and follow the wiring diagram in the datasheet.
