The ICM7555 is a CMOS version of the classic 555 timer in an SO-8 SMD package, and is a direct replacement for NE555 and SE555 in most applications. Its low supply current and very low trigger and threshold currents make it suitable for battery-powered timing, oscillator and pulse circuits.
