A battery capacity meter and discharge tester that measures the capacity of lithium-ion and similar cells by discharging them and displaying voltage, current and accumulated capacity. It supports current up to 3 A and lets you set a termination voltage. Useful for checking used cells and matching battery packs.

Frequently asked questions
Which battery voltages can it test, and what cut-off should I set?
The listing covers batteries from 1.2 V to 12 V. Capacity is measured by discharging the cell down to the termination voltage you set, so choose a cut-off suited to the chemistry. For a single Li-ion cell, discharging below about 3 V is generally avoided.
How is the tester powered?
The board is powered from DC 4.5 to 6 V through its micro USB connector, separately from the battery under test. Connect the battery to the terminals marked on the board.
