The HT1621B is a memory-mapped LCD driver supporting 128 patterns in a 32×4 layout. It is controlled over a simple 3- or 4-wire serial interface by a host microcontroller and includes an internal RC oscillator, selectable bias and duty, and a buzzer output at 2 kHz or 4 kHz.
