About this product
A horizontal mechanical endstop (limit switch) module with an approximately 1 m cable and a trigger light. It is normally open, so its contacts close when the lever is pressed. It plugs into RAMPS 1.4 boards on 3D printers and CNC machines to detect an axis end or home position.

Which RAMPS 1.4 header do I connect it to?
Connect it to the X-MIN, Y-MIN or Z-MIN endstop header matching the axis, and enable the matching endstop in your firmware. Check signal and ground against the silkscreen labels on the board.
Is it normally open or normally closed, and does that matter?
It is normally open, so the input reads as triggered when the contacts close. If your firmware expects a normally closed switch, change the endstop logic setting to match.
