Frequently asked questions
Which wire is supply and which is signal?
The cable has red, black and yellow wires. Typically red is the 5 V supply, black is ground and yellow is the signal output. Confirm the color code in the datasheet before powering the sensor.
How do I read it with an Arduino?
Connect the yellow output to an analog input and use the same 5 V supply as the reference. Pressure is approximately (Vout − 0.5) ÷ 4 × 1.2 MPa, since the output is linear from 0.5 V at zero to 4.5 V at full scale.
