Frequently asked questions
Do I need stakes for every test?
No. Stakeless testing uses only two clamps. Fall-of-potential and soil resistivity tests use stakes, and selective testing uses one clamp plus stakes.
What is the fall-of-potential method?
It injects a test current through a remote stake and measures the voltage drop with a probe stake to calculate the ground resistance.
