The Fluke 1621 is a portable earth ground tester for 3-pole fall-of-potential and 2-pole ground resistance measurements. It features a large backlit display, single-button operation, automatic noise-voltage detection and a hazardous voltage warning. It is supplied with a holster, two 2 m test leads and a 9 V battery.
