About this product
An aluminum flexible shaft coupler with a 10 mm bore on one end and an 8 mm bore on the other, used to connect a motor shaft to a lead screw, encoder or other shaft. Frequently asked questions
Will it fit a standard NEMA17 stepper motor with a 5 mm shaft?
No. Its bores are 10 mm and 8 mm, so a 5 mm motor shaft needs a coupler with a 5 mm bore instead.
How do I secure the coupler to the shafts?
Tighten the set screws on each end so they grip the shafts. Tighten them evenly and check that the shafts are aligned before running the motor.
