eSUN TPU-95A is a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane filament with a Shore 95A hardness, used for printing soft, rubber-like parts such as gaskets, bumpers, phone cases and vibration dampers. It is supplied on a 1 kg spool for 1.75 mm filament extruders. Direct-drive extruders handle flexible filament more reliably than remote Bowden setups.

Frequently asked questions
Can I print TPU-95A on a Bowden extruder?
It is possible but harder. Flexible filament buckles in a long Bowden tube, so print slower and check the tube fit. A direct-drive extruder is generally recommended for TPU.
