Connect the board to your computer with a USB cable. The CP2102 appears as a COM port, which you select in the Arduino IDE or ESP-IDF. Install the CP2102 driver on Windows if the port does not appear.
What logic voltage do the pins use?
The ESP32 GPIO pins operate at 3.3 V and are not 5 V tolerant. Use a level shifter for 5 V signals.
