Does the ESP32-CAM-WROVER have a USB port for uploading code?
No. The board has no onboard USB. Use a 3.3V USB-to-serial adapter connected to U0R and U0T, tie GPIO0 to GND to enter flash mode, then reset the board before uploading.
What power supply should I use?
Power the board from a regulated 5V source that can supply enough current for camera and Wi-Fi peaks. The GPIO pins work at 3.3V logic, so do not connect 5V signals directly to them.
