Frequently asked questions
How are the electrodes placed on the muscle?
Place two active electrodes along the muscle belly, aligned with the muscle fibres, and a reference electrode on an electrically neutral site such as a nearby bony area. Clean the skin first.
Can the EMG module be read by an Arduino?
Typically the module provides an analog output that is read on an analog pin. Check the module's pinout and supply voltage before connecting it to the board.
