How do I use freezer spray to find a fault?
Power the circuit and watch its behaviour. Spray a small amount on a suspected component, such as an IC or a solder joint, and observe whether the fault appears, disappears or changes. Use short bursts and avoid spraying the whole board.
Is it safe to use around electronics?
Use it in a ventilated area and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep the nozzle away from condensation-prone areas and let the board return to normal temperature before handling. Refer to the product's safety data sheet.
